Payment Options

Payment can be made by cash on the day of course, or otherwise via direct deposit using the details provided on the invoice that will be sent to you via email.

Payment terms are within 7 days from date of invoice or by course date, unless otherwise arranged prior in writing.

 

Notification of Fees and Charges

Fees and charges are available to trainees, prospective trainees and the general public at all times.

Fees and charges are also notified to the trainee at time of application acceptance through the appropriate documentation.

All fees are payable before the issuance of Statement of Attainments

All fees payable, clearly describing all costs involved with the course including any incidental fees: how fees are to be paid, when fees must be paid and certificate re issue fee.

 

Fees and Charges

Client will be notifiedl be notified of the course fees at time of booking.

Cancellation fees of $20 may apply to non attendances where 24 hours notice has not been given prior to course attendance.

Re printing of an original National Statement of Attainments incur a $10.00 charge and is payable to our RTO H & A Training Pty Ltd (90871) directly. (Per Statement of Attainment).

 

Refunds

If a course is cancelled at any time by First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd, prior to course commencement, First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd will refund all fees and charges already made.

In the event of your course being cancelled by First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd, the trainee may attend another course date with prior arrangements in place.

Special consideration can be requested in writing if one of the  following event applies

- Medical condition preventing the Trainee from completing the course

- Person circumstance preventing the Trainee from continuing the course

- Natural disaster preventing the Trainee from continuing the course or the trainer from delivering the course.

 

Request for refund of fees

Application of a refund of course fees in accordance with this Policy must be made in writing to First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd stating the reason for the request of refund.

First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd will review your application within 5 business days from the date in which the refund form is received.

First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd will communicate our final decision to you within 10 business days from the date in which the refun request is received.

If the refund is approved, First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd will pay the approved refund within 3 working days of the approval of the refund.

 

Appealing refund decisions

Trainees can appeal their refund decision in writing to First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd Director , stating their reason for the appeal. First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd Directors decision on refund appeal is final.

 

Approved Refunds

First Aid & Safety Training Pty Ltd through their RTO has the right to terminate all qualifications once a refund is approved. The trainee will be notified of this outcome.
